Job Description

Respond to any inquires on the info email & your work email Check voicemails on the office phone & follow up on any leads Confirm tours for that day on outlook calendar Assist property manager and assistant property manager Check leasing mailbox Package sweep for residents (pulling packages from the vestibule) Maintain club room cleanliness & ensure coffee supplies are stocked Ensure fitness center has wipes High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of sales or customer service experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities 1+ years' experience with social media campaigns/posting Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
