Job Description
The Returns Dock associate reports directly to the Returns Manager. Responsible for all shipping/receiving on the dock. The Returns dock associate must be able to perform all returns functions including but not limited to: Processing returns, scanning, counting, moving product, shipping product, unloading truck trailers and reporting. The Returns Dock Associate demonstrates behavior that supports AWBC core values. Roles and Responsibilities Unload Trailers. Load Trailers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma preferred or equivalent. Preferred Skills Previous warehouse experience preferred. PIT certified or willing to become PIT certified. Physical and Environmental Requirements Continuously stand up to 4 hours. Walk between 4-6 miles a day. Walking short distances through the department/building. Use hands/arms to pick and carry product and operate required equipment. Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Speak in English with or without an assistive device. Hear with or without an assistive device. Read and write legibly. Including very small print. Accurately identify the correct items from their correct location.
