Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process returned products according to company policy. Determine the condition of returned items and classify them appropriately (restock, damaged, return to vendor, etc.). Accurately update return records in the inventory system. Communicate with customer service and/or manager regarding return authorizations. Prepare and package items for return to stock, when necessary. Maintain clean, organized return areas and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist in monthly inventory counts and other warehouse duties as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., fulfillment, production, shipping, receiving) to resolve return discrepancies.
