Job Description

Outbound Sales Representative (20 Hours/Week) — Help Us Grow U Storage! If you love talking to people, enjoy the thrill of sales, and want a flexible 20‑hour‑per‑week role with real commission potential, U Storage wants to meet you. We're looking for someone who can confidently make both in person contact and outbound calls to introduce potential clients to our storage management services. You'll be the voice that helps us secure new management contracts and grow our business. What You'll Do Make outbound contact by phone and in person to warm and cold leads Build rapport and move prospects toward closed management agreements Track progress and hit weekly activity goals Pay & Perks $15•20/hr base pay depending on experience; bonus and commission opportunities : $2,500•$5k bonus potential for closed agreements depending on size and income potential.
