Self Storage Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Self Storage Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the self-storage industry and possess strong customer service, sales, and property management skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the storage facility Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns Rent storage units and achieve sales goals Conduct facility inspections and maintain property appearance Manage delinquent accounts and collections Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with marketing and local outreach efforts Support the Facility Manager as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of self-storage industry experience required Strong sales and customer service background Experience with storage management software preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency Reliable transportation and flexible schedule High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with collections and lien sale processes Bilingual (if applicable) Knowledge of self-storage operational best practices

Compensation:

From $18.00 per hour
