$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Join our dynamic auto rental team in Newport Beach! We are looking for a professional, motivated, and customer-focused individual with high energy and a strong drive to succeed. This position offers the opportunity for growth, including management responsibilities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

Provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced rental environment. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer inquiries. Oversee daily rental operations and ensure smooth workflow. Assist with fleet management, including vehicle inspections and inventory control. Perform various office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented role. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed. No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
