Returns Merchandise & Customer Service Representative Are you experienced in customer service, returns processing, inventory tracking, or warehouse operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Returns Merchandise & Customer Service Representative to support a growing distribution company. This position combines customer service, returns administration, inventory control, and warehouse coordination in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location Pay Rate:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Immediate Placement Available The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in an office setting and on the warehouse floor while providing exceptional support to customers, distributors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Process and track returned merchandise from customers and distributors Inspect returned products for defects, damages, missing parts, and discrepancies Review Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and supporting documentation Communicate with customers, vendors, and transportation providers regarding returns, credits, replacements, and product concerns Enter and maintain accurate return records, inventory adjustments, and customer information Investigate product issues and assist in resolving customer concerns Coordinate with warehouse personnel to receive, inspect, and disposition returned merchandise Qualifications Previous experience in Customer Service, Returns Processing, RMA Administration, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Distribution preferred Strong data entry and computer skills Experience working with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ontario, CA Maintenance and Repair Workers, General Regular | $49,517.00-$62,088.00 Year Preferred Employer 2 weeks ago Exact Staff is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician - Level 1 to support daily maintenance operations within an industrial facility at our client's location. Industrial Maintenance Technician Level 1 is responsible for supporting the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities through routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance activities while working under the guidance of senior maintenance personnel. The Level 1 technician plays a key role in maintaining safe, functional, and efficient operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute routine maintenance tasks and inspections in accordance with established procedures and schedules. Perform basic troubleshooting to identify common equipment or facility issues. Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Support senior technicians during repairs, maintenance projects, and equipment servicing.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Report safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, and maintenance need promptly.

DOCUMENTATION & COMMUNICATION

Accurately document completed tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and maintenance needs.

Timely and accurate completion of assigned maintenance tasks. MTTR Contribution (Mean Time to Repair): Support efforts to minimize downtime through efficient task execution.

WORKING CONDITIONS

May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical environments. May require flexible scheduling, including weekends or overtime, based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum (All Levels): High school diploma or technical training in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance systems and procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
