Rental Car Associate (Part-Time)

Overview Supreme EV Rentals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Rental Car Associate to support daily operations for our growing electric vehicle rental business. This role involves customer interaction, vehicle deliveries, vehicle preparation, and operational support across our Bay Area locations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities Flexible Hours Coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs at: SFO Airport Shops at Tanforan Communicate with renters and explain trip details, charging basics, and vehicle guidelines Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, and prepared before each rental Inspect vehicles and document pre-existing damage before and after trips Monitor vehicle condition, charging status, and general upkeep Track expenses, receipts, and reimbursement requests Assist with scheduling and operational logistics as needed Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and technology platforms Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable driving and learning electric vehicles Prior customer service, rideshare, delivery, or automotive experience is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours based on rental demand and availability
