At Aaction Rents, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, knows their way around equipment (or wants to learn), and takes pride in being part of a solid team. This role is the front line of our business—working directly with customers to get them what they need, when they need it. If you're someone who likes staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a crew that supports each other, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Help customers identify and rent the right equipment for their needs Process rental orders and contracts accurately and efficiently Coordinate deliveries and pickups with our transport team Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Follow up on rental needs and maintain strong customer relationships Handle cash and credit card transactions Communicate potential sales opportunities to our sales team Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace Stay engaged in ongoing training (minimum 20 hours per year) Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of rental industry experience preferred Familiarity with construction, industrial, or lawn & garden equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25-80 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally) Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including uneven terrain Awareness of surroundings and ability to respond to safety concerns Why Aaction Rents We're a local company with a strong team culture built on doing things the right way.
