The Rental Digital Coordinator works with both internal and external customers to assist in support of our digital efforts related to rental that reflects the company's vision of working as "One Professional Team."
Pay Rate:
$22.00
  • $26.
00 per hour. Pay Rate dependent on education and experience.
Essential Functions:

Manages the Cat Rental Portal daily ensuring all requests are routed and processed within the goal Performs customer portal demo, setup, training and onboarding functions Support internal setup and support related to portal access and training Manages online chat functions for rental including portal and rental requests Inputs lost-sales rental data into IRental Uses IRental to input reservations, write rental agreements, process exchanges, write pick-up tickets, close rental invoices, input data into the shipping and receiving screens, and process equipment transfers related to digital platform requests Thoroughly understands the rental process Requires a high level of organizational skills to complete tasks within the goal Ability to manage and influence peers without direct oversight Completes rental transactions through direct contact with customers Quotes rates and assists customers in making decisions on best equipment option related to digital platform requests Assists the customer in financial, service, and rental issues relating to invoicing or account information related to digital platform requests Excellent in customer centric etiquette managing multiple connections simultaneously in an effective and professional manner Shown ability to develop specific task management skills in relatively short time in role
