We are currently seeking a Customer Service Rental Agent for a full-time position. $19.75 per hour No RV experience necessary, we offer on the job training!

RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS

Our Customer Service Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent and a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure. Maintain cleanliness of the RV Rentals Check guests in and out of their RV rental Take guests on walk-though of their unit Explain basic functions of different parts of RV Ensure Customer Satisfaction "Up sell" as appropriate

RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS

Excellent customer service skills Attention to Detail Superior communication skills Desire to work and learn Dependability 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Authorization to work in the U.S. Complete pre-employment background check and drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) within seven (7) days of employment
