Role:

Join Grateful Heart Inc. as a Car Rental Agent in Yonkers, NY, where you will be the friendly face that connects customers with their ideal vehicle. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and passion for helping others.

Store hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sat/Sun 8am-2pm Closed New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas 1 month paid training.3 months probation.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and renting vehicles that meet their needs. Manage the rental process from start to finish, including paperwork and vehicle inspection. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the rental experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and vehicle inventory Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles for rental with car cleaning staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.. Previous experience in customer service or car rental industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in using basic computer applications. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
