Job Description
Job description- Rental Agent We are looking for a reliable, attention to detail person with high organization skills to join our team in a part-time position as a Rental Agent at a condominium complex on Siesta Key working 3 days/week. Tuesday and Saturdays are required. Thursday is the most preferable third day. This agent would be the face of our organization while multitasking on a day-to-day basis. From communicating with guests, vendors and owners, to inspecting units for quality control, as well as coordinating with housekeepers. General Requirements Must be a steady, reliable worker and selfmotivated Familiarity in dealing with service providers and contractors Must be able to perform tasks independently after being given specific instructions Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and serviceoriented manner Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees, homeowners, and guests Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greets Must have professional email and phone etiquette Provide fivestar customer service Have a hard work ethic and a gogetter attitude Detail oriented Work in a fastpaced environment and think on your toes Take reservations over the phone or online Physical Demands / Work Environment For all parts of this job, the candidate must be able to climb stairs, bend over, stoop and/or get down on knees, work outside moving from home to home in rain or hot/cold weather Ability to move, push, pull, lift, carry objects, use ladders Will need to be able to reach overhead, bend, and twist Responsibilities Actively listen to and resolve complaints in a timely manner Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns Work with the office staff to resolve issues in a timely manner Comply with all Your Vacation standards and operating procedures Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sightsee Take reservations over the phone or from online requests Inspect units after a clean to verify quality control Requirements Proven work experience in customer service or guest relations, strong references needed Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus Must submit to background check and drug test Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Ability to work fulltime and flexible hours. Saturdays during certain times of the year will be mandatory.
