Job Overview:
We are seeking a Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate rental equipment
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary information from customers
- Provide information on rental policies, rates, and availability
- Conduct inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with retail sales of related products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other languages, are highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
