Part-Time (approximately 10-20 hours per week; includes some weekends)

Hourly Rate:

$16.00 Position Summary The Part-Time Self Storage Associate at Center Grove Storage supports daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role helps ensure the property is secure, well-maintained, and professionally operated, and is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Rent units, explain lease terms, and complete move-ins and move-outs
• Process payments and handle basic account inquiries
• Promote facility offerings, insurance options, and move-in specials
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed Daily Operations
• Open and/or close the facility according to Storage Squad Six procedures
• Monitor property access and assist with site security
• Perform routine walk-throughs of units and common areas
• Maintain accurate records in the facility management software
• Assist with basic delinquency follow-up and notices (as trained) Property Maintenance
• Keep office, hallways, grounds, and common areas clean and organized
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Perform light cleaning and minor operational tasks as needed Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, leasing, or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to perform light cleaning and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Work Environment
• Combination of indoor office work and outdoor property responsibilities
• Will work independently during scheduled shifts
