In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience for our clients. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive our success as you assist customers with vehicle selection, reservations, and returns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with rental inquiries at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression Manage rental reservations through data entry and inventory control systems, maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel Conduct vehicle inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Promote additional services such as insurance options, upgrades, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to address customer questions promptly Coordinate vehicle availability with inventory management to optimize fleet utilization and prevent shortages Assist with administrative tasks including sales documentation, marketing efforts, and record keeping to support daily operations Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in the automotive or rental industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry for accurate record keeping Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and negotiation abilities to engage customers effectively Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and inventory control practices is a plus Experience with maintenance procedures or front desk operations will be advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values proactive service, clear communication, and continuous growth.
