Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to represent our community with professionalism and attention to detail. This role combines traditional apartment leasing with oversight of short-term rental (Airbnb) operations, requiring strong communication, organization, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests Conduct professional apartment tours and effectively close leases to maintain high occupancy and retention Coordinate all aspects of move-ins and move-outs with accuracy and efficiency Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns Oversee Airbnb bookings, including guest communication, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless guest experience Maintain organized and accurate records within property management systems

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience preferred Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Professional presentation and demeanor required Flexible availability, including weekends Adaptable, dependable, and quick to learn
