Position Summary The Rental Coordinator is a key contributor to branch success, responsible for supporting rental operations, coordinating customer needs, and driving utilization of fleet equipment.
Pay Range:
$50,000 to $60,000 per year. Responsibilities Support daily rental operations including order coordination, scheduling, and customer communication Build and maintain customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions Identify opportunities to grow rentals and support sales efforts Coordinate with internal teams (yard, drivers, service, sales) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Manages customer account and rental lifecycle; maintains in in ERP and CRM systems, contracts, and customer portals Provide solution-based support to meet customer equipment needs Qualifications High school diploma or GED, trade certificate or equivalent experience preferred. Customer service, or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (CRM experience a plus) Interest in construction, equipment, or industrial environments is a plus. Valid driver's license.
