Marina Cashier / Rental Associate

Job Description B&B Marina on Higgins Lake is looking to hire a dependable and friendly Cashier / Rental Associate to join our team. We are hiring one full-time and one part-time team member for the upcoming season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist customers at the sales and rental counter Process retail purchases (including clothing and merchandise) Handle rental reservations, agreements, and paperwork Fit customers with life jackets and ensure proper safety procedures Answer phones and assist customers with questions Provide excellent customer service in a busy marina setting Help maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing and being on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn No experience necessary — we will train the right candidate.
