The Optical Foundry is looking for team members who will exemplify the brand and deliver on our vision of providing affordable luxury eyewear products. We are looking for the right individual that combines strong problem solving and data entry skills. The Returns Clerk will support the Distribution Center and Customer Relations teams.

DUTIES :

A Returns Clerk works as part of the Returns team receiving, inspecting, classifying, cleaning the product, crediting, and restocking returned products. The Returns Clerk maintains the integrity of the returns process by accurately and consistently applying proper credit based on purchase history and company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year retail, service, or office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Positive attitude
• Must have fine motor skills for use with small tools for making adjustments to product
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems by using problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function in time-critical situations
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be dependable
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a growing company.
• Excel, Word and SAP knowledge a plus.
• This is an entry level position --- $15.

50/hour, Benefits offered after brief waiting period, FULL TIME Position, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm Our office is casual with a strong team spirit. Close to bus route. All offers are contingent on a background check and pre-employment drug test.
