Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Rental Agent and become the friendly face that helps customers access reliable transportation solutions! In this energetic role, you will manage rental transactions, assist customers with vehicle selections, and ensure a seamless rental experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and safety procedures clearly and confidently Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using inventory management systems Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, or accessories to enhance customer experience Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel Conduct regular vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and inventory control to ensure fleet readiness Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, addressing customer questions promptly and effectively Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles with a focus on outside sales or public speaking preferred Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management and control Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, for data entry and reporting Demonstrated negotiation skills to promote services and close sales effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally Administrative experience in a front desk or retail setting is a plus Knowledge of automotive maintenance or retail math enhances your ability to manage inventory efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for sales and customer service makes a real difference!
