Duties Assist customers by identifying their parts needs, providing expert advice on parts sourcing, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment using our order management system. Manage warehouse inventory levels through precise data entry, inventory control practices, and regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of accessories and components. Support demand planning by analyzing usage patterns and adjusting procurement strategies to meet service demands efficiently. Qualifications Strong supplier management experience with negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms. Familiarity with diagnostics, vehicle systems, OEM parts sourcing, and service procedures. Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software such as CMMS or AS400 platforms, and order management systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
