Job Description

The Rental Client Care Center Representative is responsible for helping generate rental business for locations nationwide by delivering exceptional service to potential and existing rental customers. This role supports inbound and outbound communication, rental reservation management, and customer relationship development.
Preferred location:
Candidates located near a MobilityWorks location to allow for in‑person training opportunities and in store visits as a contingency plan. __________________________________________________________________
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
Perform effectively in a high‑volume call setting. Engage customers to understand their rental needs. Handle inbound/outbound rental reservations, internet leads, chats, and online bookings; ensure all required information is complete and auto insurance is verified. Respond to incoming queue calls courteously and efficiently. Maintain positive relationships with peers, clients, and general managers. Enter all customer inquiry data promptly and accurately. Work closely with locations regarding upcoming reservations. Complete other tasks as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
2-3 years call center experience preferred; automotive BDC experience helpful but not required. Clear, compelling phone presence with excellent verbal and written abilities. Positive attitude and approachable personality. Comfortable using integrated phone systems and customer management tools. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in demanding situations. Consistent performance with dependable internet suitable for VoIP systems.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.) Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
