Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our vibrant apartment community team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, promote property occupancy, and uphold our commitment to excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of property management tools, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The hours of the Rental Agent position are Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting property tours, highlighting the features and amenities of the property. Assist future residents in completing rental applications and collecting required documentation. Respond to apartment rental inquiry phone calls, emails, and text messages. Process security deposits and documentation for future residents. Support marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to attract prospective residents, including managing rental listings. Rent out community rooms for privately booked parties and handle all associated documentation as required. Stay informed about the local rental market, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Handle various administrative tasks and assist the Property Manager with miscellaneous tasks. Effectively communicate with property management, maintenance, and other staff to ensure operational and resident satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates must have their own transportation during work hours.

$50,000.00 per year
