Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry for home improvement products, is seeking a Returns Associate to join their team. As a Returns Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Return Processing Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to recommend process improvements which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday What's the Job? Dispositions returned product efficiently and accurately. Determine customer eligibility to receive credit using a pre-set decision tree. Segregate credit and no credit products into groups and mark pallets with quantities and identification. Record all disposition data in the database with precision. Download data to Excel and distribute reports as needed. What's Needed? A "Can Do" attitude is essential for success in this role. Previous knowledge and experience with power tools is preferred. Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent spelling, grammar, and basic math skills.
