In this role, you will drive growth by engaging with clients, understanding their unique cold storage needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for refrigerated and cold storage services Build and maintain relationships with clients in industries requiring temperature-controlled storage Understand customer storage needs and recommend appropriate cold storage solutions Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and client meetings Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and sales activity Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or cold chain solutions Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical storage requirements (temperature ranges, compliance, etc.) Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling temperature-controlled warehousing or supply chain services Knowledge of food safety regulations and cold chain compliance standards Existing network within food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
