This role ensures timely disposition—restock, repair, or scrap—while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer credit issuance. Responsibilities Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records. Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings. Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements. Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately. Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required. Perform basic quality checks and escalate discrepancies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience with RMA processes and RTV documentation Knowledge of basic quality inspection standards High school diploma or equivalent required
