We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can manage customer inquiries, recommend the right equipment, and help drive revenue through strong communication and follow-through.

What You'll Do:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers for equipment rentals and sales Ask the right questions to understand job requirements and recommend solutions Prepare quotes, process rental agreements, and complete sales transactions accurately Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing customers to generate repeat business Coordinate with the yard to ensure equipment is ready and available Work closely with our team and deliver a consistent customer experience Resolve customer questions or issues quickly to ensure a positive experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in inside sales, equipment rental, or a related field Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability •Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred ​
