Duties Coordinate the rental process from customer inquiry to vehicle pickup, ensuring all documentation and procedures are accurately completed. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering vehicle recommendations, and resolving issues promptly. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining rental records, and processing transactions using Microsoft Word and Excel. Maintain professional phone etiquette, communicate effectively with diverse clients, and support front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
