Customer Service & Returns Specialist - Kaysville, UT Moshipco | Kaysville, UT Moshipco is a rapidly growing third-party logistics company and we are looking for talented and friendly people to join our team and help shape our future.
Responsibilities:
Communication withCustomers:
This involves directly interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. This communication could be via phone, email, or other channels.Manual Order Loading :
This task includes manually entering or loading orders into the system. It requires accuracy and efficiency to ensure that customer orders are processed correctly.Handling Tickets :
Managing customer service tickets which could involve tracking customer questions, complaints, or requests, and ensuring they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Follow Through onCustomer Requests :
Especially crucial for orders that have been processing for more than one day. The responsibility here is to proactively ensure that orders are completed and not just assume they will be done without intervention.Other Standard Customer Service Tasks :
These might include general administrative duties, responding to emails, maintaining customer records, and other tasks typically associated with a customer service role, especially in a phone-based environment. Returns & Reverse Logistics Responsibilities. Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely manner. Inspect returned items for condition, damage, or missing parts. Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate return shipments. Update inventory records after returns are received and processed. Restock sellable items or coordinate disposal/liquidation of non-sellable returns. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure returned products are properly handled and reintegrated into inventory. Overall, the role requires a mix of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing. A sense of urgency is always a must!Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience preferred. Ability to work one-on-one with our customers. Good oral and written communications. Able to resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service. Maintain friendly and professional demeanor at all times. High level of energy and hustle. Basic MS Office skills. Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business. Be punctual, dependable, honest and hard-working.Pay & Benefits:
