Job Description

Description ICM Solutions , the leader in crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving equipment, service, and solutions across the Mountain West, is seeking a Sales & Rental Coordinator to join our growing team in Murray, UT . The Sales & Rental Coordinator serves as the primary operational partner for Sales Representatives, the Sales & Rental Support Team, and Customers. This role manages contracts, order processing, equipment availability coordination, and customer communication to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales and rental transactions. This is an on-site position — you must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Process sales orders and rental agreements Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Run rental conversions on RPO Contracts Maintain customer and equipment records. Rental Coordination Coordinate equipment reservations and scheduling. Verify equipment availability with fleet and operations teams. Manage rental extensions, swaps, and returns. Assist customers with rental requirements and documentation. Customer Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries. Provide order status updates and rental information. Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate when necessary. Documentation & Compliance Ensure contracts are complete and accurate. Maintain electronic customer files and supporting documentation. Coordinate insurance certificates, purchase orders, and required paperwork. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with sales, service, transportation, and fleet teams. Communicate equipment availability and delivery timelines. Requirements Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of customer service, sales support, rental, or administrative experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications. Why ICM Solutions?
