Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately receives and verifies incoming store returns/batteries/cores for proper receipt.
Essential Functions:
Accurately scans or verifies receipt of productVerifies paperwork and documents proper overages and shorts for incoming productVerifies quality of incoming product (new part vs. used part)
Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:
Able to perform tasks accurately Must be detail-orientedAble to stay organized and on taskAble to work independently and be self-motivatedAble to use scanners in conjunction with the inventory systemCheck and restock merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, and verify countsMeet and maintain accuracy and production goalsResponsible for entering overages and shortages into the computer system in a timely and efficient manner, usually within 24 hours of putaway completion on the floorAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a teamPerform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
