Full Job Description Description:
The Warehouse Solutions Consultant is responsible for selling and engineering warehouse solutions, including warehouse design, racking, AMRs, conveyor, automated storage & retrieval systems, etc. They will collaborate with equipment and account development sales reps on warehouse solutions opportunities and be responsible for completing accurate and detailed CAD designs. This role involves business development, project management, and CAD design expertise. The Warehouse Solutions Consultant reports to the Warehouse Solutions Director, and the position will require regional travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell, engineer, execute, and/or project manage the implementation of warehouse design, racking, conveyor, AGVs/automation, automated storage and retrieval systems, material handling robotics, narrow / very narrow aisle equipment, and other intralogistics solutions and warehouse equipment Develop new warehouse solutions business with new and existing customers Execute Intralogistics / Warehouse Solutions strategy Produce accurate CAD designs for warehouses to support the sell and execution of racking, conveyor systems, and other automated / complex systems Support the equipment sales team in hitting Class I, II, and III market share targets Collaborate with leaders and other stakeholders to define strategy for Intralogistics / Warehouse Solutions practice, including solution prioritization, partner strategy, and operational plan Work with Marketing to build awareness and generate leads for warehouse solutions Other tasks and responsibilities as designated by supervisor or

Education/Training/Experience:
College Degree (required), with degree in industrial engineering preferred MBA or other related advanced degree (preferred) 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, technical sales, material handling robotics, automated storage & retrieval systems, automation / engineered solutions sales, or management consulting in an operations setting
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
