Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, and travel needs. Maintain organized and attractive product displays through effective merchandising and stocking techniques Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Answer customer inquiries in multiple languages (multilingual skills are a plus), ensuring clear communication and understanding Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and organizing merchandise efficiently Provide advice and suggest items for their outdoor travel and adventures.

Requirements:

Passion for the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and adventure travel. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain tidy displays Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise and stocking shelves Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate transactions and inventory counts Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to inspiring outdoor adventures!
