Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of technical sales or ability to learn about technical products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
