Budtender Job Description We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Budtender to join our team! If you're passionate about cannabis, love helping people, and enjoy sharing what you know, this might be the perfect role for you. You'll be the face of our dispensary—welcoming customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the right products based on their needs.

Budtender Responsibilities:

Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times. Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products. Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required. Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age. Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked. •additional responsibilities may be required Complying with state regulations regarding cannabis.

Budtender Requirements:

A valid Alaska Marijuana Handler's Permit. Food Handler's Permit. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right person. Flexibility on scheduling is a huge plus! 20-30 hours a week. Must be available for evenings and weekends.

Employee discount • The Frosty Flower Cultivation facility is looking to add a Pre Roller to our team for a

PART TIME

position. You set your own schedule at 15-20 hours per week. Extra hours will be needed during harvesting for trimming cannabis. Main job duties include using a knock box pre rolling machine. Although experience is not required it will be necessary to learn this machine to create a perfect product. Low quality production will not be tolerated. Although grace will be given during the learning period. • Additionally, learning to track inventory accurately is very important. All cannabis product is tracked in the Mertc system from seed to sale. Attention to detail is possibly the most important part of this job. • A Marijuana Handlers card is required as well as a Food handlers card. Both are issued on the State of Alaska Website.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
