Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Must have a Marijuana Handlers Card Provide engaging information to educate customers about features and benefits Assist customers with their shopping needs, offering personalized recommendations and upselling when appropriate Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and stock replenishment tasks Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in cafe/grocery or similar store environments Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and store policies Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales calculations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
