In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while efficiently handling sales transactions. You will assist with over-the-counter product inquiries, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support pharmacy staff with daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with locating products in the pharmacy area. Update customers contact information, allergies, etc. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Answer customer questions regarding location of over-the-counter medications and general health products. Prepare store deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and pharmacy counters. Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to support daily operations Follow all health, safety, and confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions to customers.
