Description Job Overview The iGaming Payout Clerk will ensure a consistent and proactive level of service is provided to all online, real money gaming guests. The iGaming Payout Clerk will report to the iGaming Fraud Resolution Supervisor. The iGaming Payout Clerk will continuously monitor the real money iGaming platform to ensure that all payout requests are processed in a timely manner. The iGaming Payout Clerk will become the subject matter expert on iGaming player withdrawals. The iGaming Payout Clerk will work directly with iGaming fraud resolution and Community Managers to provide excellent guest service to our iGaming guests. Duties And Responsibilities Acts as the key trust and relationship builder in the virtual community and actively manages the Trust Relationship Cycle Contacts customers when payments must be processed differently than the method requested. Determines and employs an appropriate communication tactic in both verbal and written communications Serves as and manages the key point of contact for inbound requests Ensures adherence to corporate-wide and team specific policies and procedures created to unify the payout process on Wind Creek Hospitality's iGaming platform Attends training, coaching, and feedback sessions as required Monitors and analyzes deposits received by the iGaming platform Identifies, reviews, and analyzes suspicious iGaming activity Blocks and unblocks guest accounts in accordance with guidelines and procedures Provides internal and external consultation on guest account status Escalates cases to the iGaming Fraud Supervisor when necessary for follow-up Other jobs and duties as assigned Job Requirements (Please Ensure You Meet The Listed Requirements Prior To Applying) High School Diploma or GED or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- required Must be 21(twenty-one) years of age or older
- required Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; Outlook and Word (a skills test will be administered and must pass with a 70% pass rate
- required Demonstrated ability to articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing using proper grammar and sentence structure; a typing test will be administered with a 25 WPM pass rate
- required The candidate should be able to show analytical capabilities from prior experiences or keen interest to move into this area.
