LeafGuard is a one-piece, clog-free gutter system designed to protect homes by preventing debris buildup and eliminating routine maintenance. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting customer interactions, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial outreach through service coordination. This position offers hands-on training, professional development, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in customer service and sales support. The Sales Support Associate will work closely with customers to provide accurate information, coordinate appointments, and assist in delivering tailored solutions that meet homeowner needs. This Sales Support Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people while contributing to a high-performing team. As a Sales Support Associate, you will gain in-depth knowledge of LeafGuard's products and services, enabling you to confidently assist customers and support the sales process. The Sales Support Associate will ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities of the
Sales Support Associate:
Assist customers by providing clear and accurate information about LeafGuard products and services Support the sales team by coordinating appointments, consultations, and follow-ups Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments and ensure a smooth service experience Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and professional skills Represent the company with professionalism during all customer interactions Qualifications for the
Sales Support Associate:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn A professional and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
