To Crush This Job Previous printing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to operate or learn printing machinery and related software Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines Basic computer skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., throughout shift as needed Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy Your Role on the Floor Operate and maintain printing equipment, including digital printers, heat press machines, and screen printing equipment Prepare materials for printing such as paper, vinyl, and other media Review job orders to ensure accuracy in design, color, and specifications Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs Assist with cutting, trimming, packaging, and finishing printed products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Use basic computer systems for job tracking and production tasks Your Rewards, No BS.
