Job Description
Full-Time Sales Professional Join Our Team! We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Professional to join our fast-paced manufactured home retail team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a sales environment, and want the opportunity to build a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Guide customers through the home buying process with professionalism and integrity. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through closing. Maintain accurate customer files and documentation. Provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers. Monitor and respond promptly to internet and phone sales leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Learn financing and mortgage concepts to better assist customers. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. Real estate or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using computers and general office equipment (scanner, copier, printer, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to consistently follow up with customers and build lasting relationships. Availability to work Saturdays is required.
