T&G MEDICAL LAB

is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary PRN Fingerprint Technician to assist with fingerprinting appointments, special events, and staff coverage as needed. This is not a guaranteed full-time or part-time position. Work will be offered based on appointment volume and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform electronic and ink fingerprinting services Verify customers' identification and appointment information Accurately enter customer information into fingerprinting systems Capture clear, acceptable fingerprints while minimizing rejected prints Process payments and provide receipts when required Maintain accurate appointment and service records Protect confidential customer information Keep the fingerprinting area and equipment clean and organized Provide courteous and professional customer service Follow all company and fingerprinting-partner procedures Travel to approved mobile fingerprinting events when scheduled

Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Must be comfortable working independently Must have basic computer and data-entry skills Must be able to follow detailed instructions Must communicate respectfully with customers of all backgrounds Must be available on short notice when needed Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening before being fully hired Previous fingerprinting, healthcare, security, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred Fingerprinting experience is preferred, but training may be provided to the right candidate

Schedule:

Temporary PRN/as-needed position Hours are based on appointments, employee coverage, and special events Some weekday, afternoon, or short-notice availability may be required No minimum number of weekly hours is guaranteed
