As an Oak and Azalea Retail Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our guests. You'll ensure the gift shop is always well-organized and presentable, while providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a warm and friendly manner. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing the overall resort experience as you handle sales transactions and help maintain the store's inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a well-organized and clean gift shop by restocking shelves, creating attractive merchandise displays, and ensuring all items are accessible to customers. Greet each customer warmly, offer assistance with product selection, and answer questions regarding prices, usage, and store layout. Accurately process sales transactions, accept payments, apply discounts, provide correct change, and ensure customer satisfaction with wrapped or bagged merchandise. Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and monitor merchandise for quality and availability. Adhere to store security procedures, being vigilant for theft or suspicious activity, and ensuring the safety of both customers and merchandise. Collaborate with the resort Concierge and stay informed about resort amenities and guest services, providing helpful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
