Job Overview Join Skydive Alabama as a Manifest Coordinator, where you will be the vital link ensuring smooth operations and unforgettable experiences for our thrill-seeking guests. In this energetic role, you will coordinate all aspects of jump scheduling, manage customer check-ins, and facilitate seamless communication between skydivers, instructors, ground crew and pilots. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a safe, efficient, and exhilarating environment for everyone eager to take the leap! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of adrenaline-pumping adventures while honing your customer service and operational expertise. Responsibilities Manage the daily scheduling of skydiving jumps, ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely. Greet guests with enthusiasm, verify their reservations, and provide clear instructions for their jump experience. Coordinate with instructors and ground crew to confirm readiness and safety procedures for each jump. Maintain detailed records of all jump activities, including participant information, waivers, and safety checks. Communicate effectively with customers regarding weather conditions, safety protocols, and logistical updates. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized check-in area and ensure all equipment is properly handled and stored. Support emergency procedures by staying alert to safety concerns and assisting in incident documentation when necessary. Skills Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple bookings and operational tasks efficiently. Passion for adventure sports or skydiving is a plus; a positive attitude is essential! Ability to remain calm under pressure while ensuring safety standards are upheld. Basic computer skills for scheduling software, record keeping, and communication tools. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or early mornings as needed in a fast-paced environment.
