In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience. Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions quickly and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively communicate with customers. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise on the sales floor. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operation and change calculation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
