Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador, providing exceptional service to customers while managing automotive parts and accessories sales. Your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and automotive diagnostics will drive efficient operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, offering expert advice based on vehicle systems and repair needs Manage inventory levels through accurate data entry and inventory management systems, ensuring parts availability and proper stock control Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing parts, procurement management, and negotiating pricing to optimize costs Support warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, parts administration, and equipment repair to maintain smooth logistics flow Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and order management platforms to process sales orders efficiently Collaborate with internal teams on demand planning, pricing strategies, and parts sourcing to meet customer demands promptly Maintain detailed records of parts sales, procurement activities, and inventory adjustments using Microsoft Office tools and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Experience Proven experience in automotive parts management or dealership environments with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts Hands-on experience with supply chain management, logistics inventory management, and warehouse operations Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment repair procedures Prior involvement in procurement management, sourcing strategies, and supplier negotiations Knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP platforms, Parts administration, and internal communication protocols Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with clients Join us if you're passionate about automotive service excellence!
