Retail Sales Associates (Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time) Venus Adult Superstore is seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced, and inclusive environment where professionalism and personality go hand-in-hand.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation Strong, dependable attendance is required Must be available to work first, second, and third shifts Weekend and evening availability required Product knowledge preferred but not required This position requires a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week but up to 40 hours per week. Consistent attendance and a low call-in frequency are essential to remain in good standing.

Shift Hours:

First Shift:

1:00 AM•9:00

AM Second Shift:

8:30 AM•4:30

PM Third Shift:

5:00 PM•1:00

AM Pay Range:

$12•$18 per hour , depending on experience in the adult retail industry Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): Providing excellent customer service in an adult retail setting Assisting customers on and off the sales floor Maintaining the sales floor by restocking, cleaning, dusting, and organizing Ensuring restroom and theater areas are kept clean and well-maintained Offering product knowledge and support to customers Supporting sales goals and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment Arriving on time and maintaining consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
