Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Patagonia store in Nogales, AZ. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and educate customers on Patagonia's mission and product features. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Support store operations and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Passion for outdoor activities and environmental stewardship is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable, motivated, and a team player.
