Join Lookout Mountain Golf Club at Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort as a Player Services Golf Attendant and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of Phoenix's premier golf destinations. This tipped role offers strong earning potential, hands-on hospitality experience, and the opportunity to grow within a globally recognized Hilton brand in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Join our team as the Golf Attendant! As a Golf Attendant, you're the friendly face that greets golfers, keeps the shop buzzing, and ensures everyone has a hole-in-one experience! From ringing up tees to helping guests hit the greens, you bring energy, smiles, and great vibes to every round.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warm‑
Welcome Pro:
Greets every guest with a smile and keeps check‑ins smooth, friendly, and professional.
The Tee Time & Sales Sidekick:
Handles reservations, collects fees, and helps guests find the perfect merch to elevate their round. The Cash‑
Handling Champ:
Keeps every cash and credit transaction accurate, secure, and stress‑free.
The Shop & Gear Guru:
Keeps the pro shop looking sharp and makes sure rental equipment is clean, ready, and waiting. The On‑
Course Helper Hero:
Supports course flow, etiquette, and daily operations to keep play moving and golfers happy.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
